No roast dinner is complete without a Yorkshire pudding. Whilst you can buy them pre made in the shop, nothing really beats making them from scratch.
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl with a whisk
Sift the flower and salt together
Gradually add the egg to the mixture until it is a smooth batter
Add the milk gradually and whisk into the batter. Once mixed, allow to stand whilst you heat the over to 200C. Add 2 tsps of vegetable oil to each compartment before putting in the oven
Once the tray has heated and the oil is hot, stir the batter and add an equal amount to each of the hole of the tray. Transfer back to the oven whilst still hot and let them cook
Ideally, you want to cook for 20 minutes or until the Yorkshire puddings are golden brown.
Transfer to the plates straight away and enjoy!
